Pick up the WRENCH and the SANDWICH (if you’re hungry) before he returns. This gives you an opportunity to sneak over and open his CUPBOARD. Then stand on the striped ELEVATOR, making Hobbins leave his workshop. Re-enter the junk room to converse with Joey and keep bugging him about starting the TRANSPORTER. Unfortunately, you wont be able to open it with Hobbins around. Talk to him particularly about the TRANSPORTER. Use the CIRCUIT BOARD in your inventory with the ROBOT SHELL to activate Joey‘s AI functions.Įxit to the next room on the right to meet a MAN named Hobbins. Explore the JUNK on the floor by clicking over a few of them to reveal a ROBOT SHELL. ![]() You will notice an ELEVATOR and a TRANSPORTER. Head back in and exit to the room on the lower right downstairs. Once you’re outside, keep a mental note on the big S SIGN on the right. Since, you don’t have a key, use the METAL ROD to pop it open. ![]() You may read the NOTICE on the emergency fire exit DOOR to the right. Look for a red/white cable RUNG and collect the METAL ROD. So, heading downstairs is obviously a big no no. After the intro cutscene you arrive at the Union Re-Cycling Plant. ![]()
